Refund and Cancellation Policy

At DesignSilc, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide transparent policies regarding refunds and cancellations. Please review the following guidelines governing our refund and cancellation procedures:

Refund Eligibility

UI/UX Design

Full Refund: If the initial design style is not approved or if the project has not commenced.
Partial Refund: In case of delivery failure after initial design approval, the refund will be proportional to the completed work.
No Refund: Once the project is completed.

Custom Software Development

Full refund: If the project has not started.
Partial refund: If the project cannot be completed as per the agreed scope, the refund will be proportional to the completed work.
No refund: After the project is completed and delivered.

Web Programming & CMS

Full refund: If the project has not started.
Partial refund: If the project cannot be completed as per the agreed scope, the refund will be proportional to the completed work.
No refund: After the project is completed and uploaded to the server.

Dedicated Hiring

Full refund: If the project has not begun.
Proportionate refund: Based on the work completed up to the cancellation date.
No refund: For services already provided.

SEO & Digital Marketing

Non-refundable: Due to the resource-intensive nature of our SEO and internet marketing services, payments made are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Partial Refunds: Processed within 45-60 business days from the cancellation date.
Full Refunds: Processed within 30-45 business days.
Refunds issued via credit card or check.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be sent to our Project Management Office (PMO) via email.

Processing time: A minimum of 2 to 3 weeks for cancellation requests.
Adherence to service level agreement: Cancellation terms are subject to the agreed service level agreement.
Beta delivery: Projects released for beta delivery cannot be cancelled.
Payment priority: Project materials will not be delivered until payment for invested efforts is settled.

Exceptions

Limited occasion offers: No refunds for services offered on special occasions.
Time & Material (T&M) based services or Hire Dedicated Developer services: Non-refundable.

Additional Notes

We highly value open communication with our clients and encourage them to voice any concerns or dissatisfaction they may encounter prior to seeking a refund. It's important to note that eligibility for a refund is subject to strict adherence to the terms specified in the agreement. Furthermore, please be aware that DesignSilc retains the authority to periodically update this policy. Therefore, we strongly recommend that clients diligently review the policy on a regular basis to stay informed about any revisions.
